Cooper Thayer is a Colorado real estate broker with The Thayer Group, where he has helped close 780+ transactions totaling $412M+ in volume across 36+ Colorado communities since the team's founding in 2008. He joined The Thayer Group full-time in 2022 as a Broker Associate and also serves as Chief Market Strategist for Keller Williams Realty's Colorado Region, turning transaction-level data into pricing and positioning guidance for agents across the state.
Cooper is an emerging leader in the Colorado real estate industry, passionate about providing clients with world-class representation while serving the real estate community as a market statistics expert and legislative advocate. He is highly involved at both the local and state level: he currently serves as 2026 Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR), stepping into President-Elect in 2027 and President in 2028. At the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR), he serves as Market Spokesperson for Denver and Douglas Counties, Vice Chair of the Legislative Policy Committee (LPC) and incoming Chair for 2026–27, and a trustee of the CAR Political Action Committee (CARPAC).
