Craig Hau serves as a Senior Advisor for The Group Inc, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and land properties throughout Northern Colorado, including Larimer, Weld, Boulder, and Adams Counties. With more than 40 years of experience, Hau''''s listing and sale transaction volume in that period has exceeded $1.5 Billion, He has developed and brokered over 2 million feet of commercial, office, industrial, and residential properties as well.
Craig has had ownership in and managed 25 corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and real estate partnerships in Northern Colorado. These are real estate investment entities he created, structured, leased, and managed.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hau has been involved with a number of business, industry and community boards. He served as member of The Group, Inc., Board of Directors for 17 years. He served as President & Treasurer of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtor's Board of Directors for 6 years. He was president & Treasurer of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors for 6 years, and has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors and Colorado Association of Realtors. His community involvement includes service to the boards of directors of: Northern Colorado Youth Hockey; Fort Collins, Inc. Larimer County United Way, and the Serratoga Falls Metro District #2, and fifteen commercial and residential owners association boards.
