I went through a few agents before I found Cricket. She is a godsend and an angel and I recommend her to everyone I know. To begin with, Cricket's knowledge of this city and all its little areas is unbelievable. She has a passion for real estate, which means she actually loves learning, working hard to find the right property for someone, and helping them get a great deal. Rather than specific physical things in a house, I wanted a certain feeling and character - and she understood that, which was amazing. In the end I trusted her understanding of what I wanted so much that bid on a house that only she had seen the inside of as I was out of town. As a first time home buyer I not only ended up in my dream house but Cricket also guided me to an area that I love, that has also grown around me increasing the value of my home daily. To top that off, she guided me through the negotiation process and I ended up paying much less than I ever would have thought I could have gotten away with. I have NEVER seen an agent care as much as Cricket about finding her clients the right property for them, nor have I ever encountered one who works as hard and never gets impatient. Cricket worked harder for us than the other three realtors we met, combined. Just the other day she sent me a copy of the original listing with a note wishing me a happy 3 years in my home. Cricket was a dream to work with. She loves what she does, is always willing to go the extra mile and there is nothing that we asked her to do that she did not do happily. Her knowledge of the market is what you want and more. Cricket was excellent and extremely knowledgable realtor for the valley (NoHo, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, etc.). For being a first time homeowner, she made the process far more approachable and less daunting - and did not exploit my inexperience! In every situation she protected my interests with sellers and fought for every last detail. Although she's very smart and tactful in negotiation, she's not as big a bully as I am, but with a little prodding all ended up fabulously.
