Hi, I’m Curtis Chism, a top-ranking REALTOR® and New Construction Specialist with eXp Realty in Boise, Idaho and the Treasure Valley. I help families relocate with confidence and make smart decisions when buying, building, or selling a home in the Treasure Valley.

Before real estate, I worked in the construction industry, earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management from USC, and held a California General Contractor’s license. This background gives my clients a real advantage by helping them understand build quality, navigate builder contracts, and feel confident through every step of the process.

I also know what it’s like to make a big move. My family and I relocated from San Diego, California to Idaho, so I understand the excitement and challenges that come with starting fresh in a new place. That experience drives how I serve my clients with empathy, clarity, and a smooth process from beginning to end.
Because many of my clients purchase homes remotely, I personally handle walkthroughs, inspections, and video updates throughout the build to ensure everything is done right before closing.
