Cynthia Vermillion

Cynthia grew up in the San Diego, California area and graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Communications. Cynthia moved to Central Ohio in 2004 with her husband and four children, choosing to settle in Hilliard. Cynthia's past professional experience includes personal lines insurance underwriting, retirement plans administration, and working with special needs students as an Instructional Paraprofessional in the Dublin and Hilliard School Districts. Cynthia became a licensed real estate professional in April 2015.

In January 2024, Cynthia was sworn in to her second term as a member of Hilliard City Council for a 4-year term and elected Council President. Cynthia keeps abreast of the local real estate market and changes that affect her clients. With her attention to detail and high energy level, Cynthia provides top-notch service to her clients.
