Dana Brody, Senior Vice President Investments and Director of the National Multi-Housing Group, is a highly season multi-family investment and mixed-use development site sales specialist based out of the firm’s Encino office.
For more than 20 years, Dana has exclusively represented owners on the sale of their investment properties 5-100 units throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Miracle Mile, Mid-City, Koreatown, West Los Angeles, Brentwood, Westwood, and the Greater San Fernando Valley.
Most recently, Brody served as Senior Vice President with JLL’s Capital Markets division, where she generated several multi-million-dollar sales, including a $23 million Highland Park Mixed Use Portfolio Sale, a $14,000,000 123 unit fully entitled mixed use development site and a $12,000,000 sale of a 17-unit new construction luxury multifamily offering. Starting with her first $20,000,000 100-unit sale in the Santa Clarita at the age of twenty-five, Dana has closed numerous multi-family, mixed use and development deals in the $2,000,000 to $45,000,000 range.
She has a well proven track record of delivering for her clients by not only achieving record breaking values, but also by consistently bringing the highest levels of market expertise and professionalism to every deal she undertakes, further proven by Dana’s esteemed regard with both brokers and principals across the commercial real estate industry.
Dana has achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including Top 50 Commercial Brokers Nationwide Under 40, Broker of The Year, Women Making a Difference, Woman on the Rise, Pace Setter Award and Top 30 Under 30. Dana is a member of C.R.E.W. and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University and holds a broker real estate license in California.
