About Dana

As a 5th-generation Idahoan and 2nd-generation Realtor, you could say real estate is part of my genetic code - somewhere right between “love for huckleberries” and “ability to drive on ice.” The Treasure Valley is home, and helping people plant roots here isn’t just my job, it’s my calling. You could say I was born to talk about the benefits of full gutters and why a concession is better than a price drop for buyers. (which, yes, makes me a hit at parties).
My philosophy is simple: help people, period. I’m all about showing up with good advice, solid data, and a little humor - whether you’re buying your first home, selling your fifth, or just texting me Zillow links at midnight “for fun.” I don’t just work for a commission; I work to help my clients make confident, smart real estate decisions that actually fit their lives and continue to do so well beyond the sale.

I started my real estate career back in 2009 as a leasing assistant and somehow turned checklists and handing out keys into a full-blown career. From there, I climbed my way into leadership roles overseeing property management, maintenance, operations, and marketing - basically everything that happens behind the scenes. I’ve helped investors, built systems, fixed a few messes, and discovered that spreadsheets and I have a complicated but productive relationship.
At the end of 2018, I joined Minegar Gamble Real Estate and quickly became the team’s top agent, closing over $90M in volume since. Since 2020, I’ve been recognized among the Top 5 Producers at Keller Williams Realty Boise, which is a fancy way of saying I work hard, care deeply, and drink a lot of black coffee.
I’m also certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Corporate Relocation Specialist (GRTS) - because apparently I like collecting designations almost as much as I like a good before-and-after home photo.
So whether you’re ready to buy, sell, or just need someone to confirm your neighbor’s new listing is wildly overpriced, I’m your girl. I’ll bring the strategy, the snacks, and probably a bad joke or two along the way.
