This experience also enables him to expertly guide clients through the home building process, offering unique perspectives and ideas that ensures the clients’ requirements are catered to without compromise. Dan has helped over 55 build their dream home.

Dan is an Indiana University graduate and worked a number of years for a large corporation in customer service and marketing prior to real estate, which reinforces his exceptional skills to facilitate many successful transactions. As an Air Force veteran, Dan has mastered the art of patience, attention to detail, and consistency in all that he sets out to do to benefit his clients before, during and after a sale. He is a valued member of the Century 21 Scheetz real estate family committed to helping others one successful real estate story at a time!

On the personal side, his incredibly supportive wife, Judi, now works with him offering her skills of helping clients prepare their home to sell to look the best to get top dollar. They have three wonderful children who are successful in their own careers. Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys spending time with family, traveling to various places, especially the mountains of North Carolina, boating, and supporting our local sporting teams. It is important to Dan to be active with volunteer activities with his church, Gleaner Food Bank, Feeding the Homeless, Habitat for Humanity and Riley Hospital for Children.
