You could not ask for a better co-pilot to help you navigate the real-estate market in Los Angeles. We bought in a sellers market (Dec 2021) - Danny knows the different local areas intimately, and was able to quickly identify suitable properties for us. He was on our side throughout the negotiation, brought in his own people to take care of various inspections and repairs. He was very respectful to both parties - a key element, I felt, in closing the deal where everyone felt they came away winning. We appreciated his practical advice and guidance in working with all kinds of sellers - we made 3 offers and closed on the third.

One important point: If something isn't going right or suspect, Danny will not hesitate to steer you away as he did for us on more than one occasion.

You can't go wrong working with Danny. I recommend him highly.

Danny made buying our first home a breeze. I'm not savvy in the technicalities of home buying so I surely had a ton of questions. Danny was quick, responsive, and thorough with any questions that I had. He's really great at managing expectations because as we know with home buying, really anything can happen. For that, I am grateful, because I like working with people who get to the point and keep it real. The best part of working with Danny was how seamless it was from putting in an offer to closing day. He really sets you up for success supporting you through the inspection, appraisal, etc. I highly recommend working with Danny if you are in search of a new home!
