This is our third real estate transaction with Dave. We find him to be professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He sold our property quicker than we expected. It needed some repairs and TLC and there was nothing that he couldn't do. He seemed to have a solution to any issue that arose. Dave and his team managed to arrange all the needed repairs, painting, rugs, etc...to make the place look amazing in just a month's time. He even did some of the work himself. Ten years ago when we moved to Colorado, Dave was highly recommended to us by a family member and we certainly can recommend him as well.

I have worked with Dave during my professional career and i can honestly say i haven't left a review for any other agent and i have worked with many over the years. Dave is not only very knowledgeable of the area and surrounding areas he is also very personable and one of the best at always making time for someone. I know when i call Dave it will be him that answers the phone and he even though he is a top producer and extremely busy working for his clients you would never know it unless you asked him because he will make time for you. I have not hired him as an agent yet but i have had the pleasure of working with him and he as never changed. I have discussed moving to CO with my GF and i would not hesitate to call Dave if we decide to purchase (Seriously considering the move) a home in the near future.

Dave Gardner was the absolute best choice! He helped us sell my Dad’s Estate in Larkspur after he passed away. Dave is well known in the community and the locals couldn’t say enough good things about him. This was not Dave’s first rodeo with dealing with the sale of an Estate and he went above and beyond to make the sale as seamless and pain free as possible! He was so helpful in navigating this process which at times was very emotional for us. My Dad’s home required a LOT (understatement ) of TLC in the 1 acre yard and some touches in the home to make the house look decent for sale . Dave offered himself and his team to help clear the yard and haul garbage away in addition to some TLC touches and small repairs the house desperately needed. I never expected a realtor to be such a good ally and friend to go through this process with, he was absolutely incredible!. We were able to sell my Dad’s place in about 2 weeks. Dave Gardner and his team are a cut above…

Dave’s experience, professionalism and cheerful personality made, what I had expected to be a stressful situation, a pleasure. He went above board in helping us get our home ready to sell, as we were not able to be there to do any of the work He oversaw everything that had to be done in a timely manner and was always available to answer questions. Dave helped my son move our belongings to a storage locker, which he loaned to us. He showcased our home beautifully and procured a contract after five days on the market. He even gifted us a memory book with pictures of our home after the sale was completed.

We spoke to other realtors and found that after comparing his knowledge and experience to theirs, it was a no brainer, we decided use Dave again. He knows the Douglas County market very well and was able to get us $100,000 more than we thought we'd get after speaking to other realtors. Plus, he and his team helped us in so many ways during the process, like staging and answering critical questions along the way. We do our due diligence and always come back to him. Dave Gardner and his team are a HUGE cut above the rest of the real estate pack! We began showing our home August 30, 2021 and closed on our property September 30, 2021. That is RESULTS!! The combination of Open House, virtual showings, as well as constant updates of offers and comments by prospective buyers via Home by Showing Time is the service you will get from Dave and his team. Getting the home ready and staged to sell is what Dave does...he treated our property as if it was his personal property.
