Dave holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist® Designation, held by only 4% of Realtors® nationwide, the National Association Of Realtors® Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource certificate and he is a member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. Dave and his firm belong to ERC, the worldwide relocation council for corporate relocations. He has helped relocating employees buy and sell homes on behalf of a multitude of corporations and government entities since becoming relocation certified in 2002.

Dave has held many leadership positions with the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) and the Douglas Elbert Realtor® Association (DERA) including President of DERA in 2007/2008 and Government Affairs Chair for the State Association in 2017 and 2018. He currently serves the State Association as a CARPAC Trustee.

Giving back to the community is also very important to Dave. He currently serves for, and or regularly donates to the Douglas County Housing Partnership, Wounded Warrior Project, Colorado Realtor Foundation & his local church.
