David is different from the rest because he watched out for me when I didn't even know what to watch out for, even if it delayed the closing. However, he also pushed me the right amount when needed it. For example, he discouraged me from making an offer on a house that would have had bad resell when it worked for other motivations I had. He slowed me down when I needed it. Another example, he came down promptly for me to look at one house that I thought might work for my criteria, but wanted to wait until more came on the market. Because he paid attention to my criteria he insisted we go on a tour. And now I own that property and it cash flows much nicely than other comps.
