My name is Dave Czarnecki. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I heard all the do's and don'ts from family and friends. We heard all these do's and don'ts again when we were selling hour home. Our family and friends meant well, but they were not Realtors. Look, you do not call a plumber to fix your furnace and you don't call an electrician to fix your car's transmission.
