David Ma previously helped us with selling our house a couple years back and now we enlisted his services to purchase a home. It was a new build (definitely use an agent - don't listen to the builders!!) and it took close to 2 years. It was a massive headache and thank goodness David was on our side. He handled everything from start to finish and was consistently advocating for us when things were not going to plan.

At closing, David found $5,000 that BOTH title and builder missed on our statement. He knows what he's doing and understands the industry. He's gained our trust over the years and that's something we really value.

Dave was fantastic and absolutely critical in our whole first time home purchase. We started looking at the beginning of April and every weekend Dave was out with me and my wife to tour homes. His work is completely understated with what he does "in the background"; we just had to look at homes and figure out which ones we liked, and Dave handled everything else from there. David is patient, kind, and considerate. Not things you normally think of when you think of a real estate agent. I had just left my first agent because that agent was not these things. David is not pushy. I never felt in a hurry to buy just ANY home. There was never any unnecessary pressure which helped me be less stressed.
