Tricia is a great realtor, who was probably overworked by my wife and me, we had a strict budget and were purchasing from out of state. The entire process was easy as she provided great communication and advice. She also took the time to record videos while walking through homes on our behalf and provided detailed write-ups on each house. We were able to purchase a home in a great location under budget. It was great to work with a realtor who was just as invested as myself in finding us the perfect home.

As an out-of-state investor, and real estate broker myself, I can't say enough good things about David and his team! They helped me get my bearings in the CSRA, were incredibly responsive to (virtual) showing requests, and ultimately helped me prevail in a multiple offer situation. Once in escrow, they were on top of the paperwork, sent timely updates, and helped to ensure that everything stayed on track while navigating a lengthy probate closing. I highly recommend David and his team, and will definitely be working with them again myself in the near future!

All we can say is David is AWESOME!! We viewed a few homes before we found the right one. What we enjoyed about David is he viewed each home as if he was purchasing the home. He went places most realtors wouldn’t, like crawl spaces. He made sure to point out concerns as well as the neat features. He listened to what we wanted; he was responsive when we call. He made sure we were kept informed during the buying process. I can go on and on about what a great realtor he is. You will not go wrong with David as your realtor.
