Dax Bauser

A native of Long Island, New York, Dax Bauser brings an entrepreneurial work ethic characterized by honor and integrity, nurtured by his mother, a small-business owner, and his father, a New York City Police officer.

After attending Ithaca College and graduating with a BS in Business Administration, Dax pursued his passion for music, setting out across the country, touring with his band and performing solo.

As Dax started growing his net worth through the purchase of investment properties, he quickly realized the knowledge he gained pointed the way towards a promising career in real estate. Through his experience selling and buying real estate, Dax has developed a uniquely compassionate and educated approach to working with clients — one that provides them with a sense of security based on competence and results.
