There are many qualities & skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community & marketing knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiational skills & a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work & who I am. In 1998 I put aside my career in insurance & accepted a real estate assistant position for 2 seasoned Realtors. I realized how much I enjoyed helping the clients accomplish the Great American Dream of Home Ownership & received my real estate license & joined the team with RE/MAX I was assisting. In 2000 I received my Mortgage Loan Originators License to gain knowledge on the finance side of the home purchasing process. I learned all aspects from origination to closing & became a loan processor. This experience lead to owning my Mortgage Loan Processing company in 2002. In 2008 my family & I relocated to Northwest Arkansas and I joined “The Pride Team” assisting in real estate sales & all aspects of Property Management. In my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, & responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach & it requires me to continually improve my skills & ways of doing business. I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly & helping me extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I am excited to be serving the great communities of Northwest Arkansas!
