Working with Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was very responsive and gave us great advice. Debbie definitely went above and beyond for us, including driving to our new town (and further!) multiple times to take videos and get info for us and we appreciate her so much.

I would give Debbie 10 stars if I could. She is amazing. When I had questions, was unsure of what to do, or wanted to know more, she was able to explain everything and quite patiently. She has a great sense of humor, a huge heart, and works so hard for her clients. I cannot recommend her enough. If I wasn't leaving the state, she would be my realtor for life. You will not find anyone better.

As a first time home buyer (who is also relatively new to the CO market) we weren't sure on how to go about finding an agent so we just had Zillow match us with one... And I can't believe how lucky we got getting matched with Debbie! I'd recommend her to anyone, any day. When we first met and told her we were first timers, not only she gave us a lot of info on what to look for and what to expect through the process, but she also encouraged us to contact and work with other agents, prior to finalizing who to move forward with. I think that in itself says a lot about Debbie's character. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, not just the housing market, but also different builders and what each are known for. We would be looking at a house and she could tell us what the good/bad were likely to be about it based on year and builder. She was never late to showings and arranged showings in an instant when we requested to see houses. Once she got to know us and our preferences (which was quick!) she also sent us recommendations on potential showings, which we appreciated as we could've skipped on some of the houses she could tell would work for us, even when we couldn't. We had several showings with her on weekends (up to six in a day!) yet she never made us feel like we "asked for too much". Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable working with her; and at every single point along this process we could tell Debbie had our best interests at heart, 100% of the time. On top of all this, she's always available via text/phone/email and always got back to our questions/comments the same day - majority of the time within the hour if not within minutes! Honestly I don't think our search process would have been this smooth without her help and expertise.
