DeDe Hsu

Dede was born into real estate; having been raised in a family who
dedicated their lives to residential property development. She got her real estate license in 1987, with a career that has spanned several decades, her years in the business have provided her the experience to assist clients with nearly every real estate need. Dede takes pride in representing truly unique and prestigious properties at all levels of design and pedigree.

Dede is known for achieving a higher sales price for her listings with less time on the market and she is also exceptionally skilled in international real estate sales. Her calling card involved identifying and locating high potential investment properties then bringing together builders and buyers.

Dede lives in Rolling Hills for 20 years and proudly serves the Rolling
Hills, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates, the greater Los Angeles area and Orange County. She specializes in luxury homes and income properties. Majored in Biology in SUNY Buffalo in New York and she is fluent in both English and Chinese.
