We cannot recommend Denise more highly! Her expertise and professionalism ensured we had a smooth experience buying our dream house. Denise learned our preferences after a few phone calls and was quickly providing us with great recommendations. In fact, she made sure we looked at the house we ended up buying, even though it had not previously been on our radar. Any time we saw a house or Denise suggested a house that we were interested in touring, she would set up a walkthrough within hours. Denise was a constant presence throughout the home touring process, always arriving to tour with us. We particularly appreciated her expertise when it came to potential red flags and condition notes in homes we were touring. Her home valuation experience was also invaluable when it came to making the appropriate offer. Throughout the process Denise was always a knowledgable and friendly educator, able to simply answer all our first time homebuyer questions. Overall, we feel incredibly lucky that we found Denise to go through the home buying process with and would recommend her to anyone in the real estate market.

Denise was the most efficient, hardworking, and educated real estate agent. Not only did she find and go to all of our showings, she was creative with the locations and house types and ultimately found us our dream home that we wouldn’t have had without her. I would recommend using Denise for an amazing hands-on approach and hard working agent that will get the job done. Her passion for her role is very apparent and made the home buying approach so easy and enjoyable.

Denise is an expert and the person you want by your side when selling or buying a home. She follows up about issues that come up on inspections and knows who to contact to get things repaired.
