Derek Cassel is West Real Estate Group’s Designated Broker. With over 17 years’ experience as a licensed Realtor, he has an incredible depth of knowledge about Idaho Real Estate contracts and holds a Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI).

Also serving as a Buyer Specialist, he thoroughly enjoys helping his clients find their dream home. Derek is not your average agent. Year over year, he is a multi-million dollar producing agent, proving his success in the business through the ups and downs of the Treasure Valley market.

Derek is able to leverage his experience and knowledge to help guide and protect his clients throughout the home buying process. He has a passion for educating homebuyers in the specific details of a home for them to make informed decisions that will best fit their needs and goals. He even helps both his clients and his team to better understand the current housing market by producing his own graphs and charts each month detailing the market trends!
