07/16/2015 - Stuart D Crespin Bought a home in 2015 in Durango, CO. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! We first met Deven when we decided to retire to Durango. It was a chance meeting because she was the only agent in the office. After introductions we got down to the business at hand. We had a couple of properties in mind that were not listed with her agency, but she was more than willing to help us. She made arrangements with the listing agent to gain access to the properties, worked around our schedule for the showing, and met us on time. We decided on a specific property and began the process of purchasing it. Deven kept us completely informed of what was expected of us, how the process would proceed, and all other attendant requirements. Every step of the way Deven kept in contact with us by text, email and phone. Text and emails would arrive well into the evening hours when I am sure she would have rather be spending time with her family. She also made sure all pre-sale repairs and maintenance where performed as required by the contract. After the sale she continued to check on the property even though she was under no obligation to do so. As a retired judge and lawyer I can say that it was a real pleasure to deal with someone of Deven's character. Her professionalism, and genuine concern for her clients is truly refreshing.
