Devon Cadiz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cadiz & Lluis.

After Cadiz witnessed a monotonous and uninspired culture at other brokerages, Cadiz teamed up with his childhood friend to found Cadiz & Lluis. The brokerage’s goal is to craft a new mindset and mentality around selling, buying, and leasing real estate. Cadiz wanted to create a real estate business where every employee would feel invigorated to show up to work. Committed to providing his clients with transparency, Devon guides his clients through the process of achieving their real estate aspirations whether selling, purchasing, renovating or developing.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Cadiz has a personal connection to the market. Cadiz has a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Development with a minor in Business Administration. This allows him to easily communicate with clients about how the real estate market works in an urban setting, while also applying the best business practices he’s picked up through the years. A skilled negotiator and well connected throughout Los Angeles, Cadiz understands real estate as a seasonal business.

His experience in the real estate industry has given Cadiz the confidence to approach complex transactions with creativity, providing his clients an edge and helping them meet (or surpass) their desired results.
