Where do I start about Dipen? This year was the year for us to begin and hope to end our home searches. We found Dipen through the call center and we were interested in going to see a house. Once we got the conversation started with Dipen we thought he was professional and prompt. We went to see a open house, he was professional with his timing, present to answer all our questions, and lastly was super friendly to talk to. We enjoyed our house hunting process, thanked him for his time(we had a family friend that we thought was going to help us), but little come to find out we made him our agent! Our former agents could not perform with these tools at their disposal. To this this day I remember having a conversations that we had. Some of my favorite qualities of Dipen is his communication. he will keep you updated with information, call you, text you, email you, name it. to get you the most information out as possible.

Another is he is always on time when you set a time to meet. This in my opinion is crucial since if you have your loan approved you only have so much time to use it.

We were first introduced to Dipen by a close friend of ours, and we would definitely continue to introduce him to our close friends and family after buying our first home.

Our first reaction of Dipen, was that he was very attentive and was ready to help us out! We had a house in mind, but he still did his part as a realtor and got to know us and what type of home we were interested in (size, stories, location). We decided to put in an offer and with his help we got our offer accepted within minimal time. We loved that he is technology fri and we were able to securely sign docs via smartphones. Throughout the whole process he was very hands on. He avoided us troubles by ordering all of the inspections for us and was present with us during inspections and was very helpful in collecting important information. We were able to get all the way to closing day, when unfortunately, we learned that the seller wanted to back out. Dipen felt our hurt, and was compassionate towards the situation. He presented options and helped us get our expenses back that we had invested into buying the property.
Dipen did not give up on us and kept us motivated even after a big drop! He showed us many properties and didn’t stop until we found the perfect home in our most preferred location. He put In hard work throughout the whole process just like he had the first time and continued to be a very accessible and attentive realtor! We thank him for believing in our dream and making it happen.

Dipen was excellent to work with. I am not the easiest client to work with, and he was great in comfortably explaining the process. He advocated for me, even when some of my requests were not so easy to accommodate and negotiate.

He explained all the paperwork in terms of what it meant, and what the ramifications were of each one.

No one could have prepared us to the process of buying our first home. We had no idea of the roller coaster ride that we were going to get ourselves into. However, the right realtor makes a huge difference. Like I said, we were first time home buyers and had no idea of what we were doing and Dipen guided us through the whole process. We looked for a house for almost three months and everyday we will see a couple of houses we liked and Mr. Solanki was never late. He was always there for us and guided us the whole way. He always gave us honest opinions and that is probably how we ended up with the right home. I know we could have settled for something less but his input helped prevent us from doing so. That is very important, when your values align and you feel that this person wants the very best for you. If there was something he did not know he made sure to find out for us. We even made an offer to a short sale home and he tried his best to get us the deal despite the other side not being very cooperative. After we purchased our home, he kept in contact and even helped when we had a plumbing issue. We were very thankful that he was our agent!

Dipen was great! He really helped me organize getting my house on the market. The promotional items he put together for my house were very professional and I think helped to generate a lot of interest in the home. I only had the house on the market for a week and received a few offers that generated some competition for the sale. In the end, I accepted an offer that I had received on the third day of the listing for above asking.
