Duane recently helped me sell my house in Merced, CA because I decided to move out of state. Went up for sale in June and ended up selling in November, not by any fault of his own but purely because the first buyers we had backed out. Through the entire process Duane had our backs 100% and gave advice that he himself would take and never did anything to “just sell the house”. He is extremely thorough and if you use him to purchase a house, he never pressures you to buy anything. He will search WITH you until you find the house you fall in love with. While I did move out of state, it saddens me I couldn’t take him with me because of how professional and caring this man is. He definitely sets the standard for realtors and he’s the one I’ll be comparing other realtors to. He is absolutely STELLAR at his job and you can tell that he loves what he does
