There aren’t enough words to describe how thankful we are for Eda being our realtor. Eda helped my parents find a home several years ago and they could not stop raving about her so my husband and I went the same route and she did not disappoint. Every obstacle that was thrown at us during our first-time home buying process, Eda had a resolution and answer for. She fought hard for us to obtain our new home, she is kind, down to earth, patient, and very understanding. Eda went above and beyond our needs in finding our new home. We were out of state clients with specific needs. She listened, helped us find a list of potential matches and went out of her way to travel distances to visit these homes and do video walk throughs. She was very responsive at all hours. Very friendly and professional. She found us just the right place and we were able to close quickly with no issues. She went out of her way to accommodate special requests and ensure that we felt comfortable and happy with our purchase. I cannot feel luckier or easier than working with Eda! Eda is very professional, sincere, honest and responsive! I have worked with a few realtors and Eda is definitely my number one! Not only Eda was able to share professional information and relevant resources, she quickly understood and communicated effectively what I wanted, respected my preference and choices with needed opinions and comments. During the process, appropriate follow ups were provided and I feel I can openly talk to her about my concerns and considerations, she helped me to sort those thoughts out and time was given to me. I am so grateful that the whole decision process was a wonderful journey, that being said, Eda's significant contribution is the key! I cannot imagine what I would do without her!
