Elliot Hassan

Elliot has specialized in the sales of multifamily assets since he began his career in 2004. He serves in an advisory role in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties in Southern California. Elliot’s uncontested knowledge of the apartment marketplace has allowed him to successfully take his clients through the entire sales process, from the beginning of the underwriting phase all the way to the close of their 1031 exchange property.

The crux of Elliot’s focal point are mid-large size apartments throughout Los Angeles county. Having closed over $1.5 billion in multifamily sales in his career, Elliot has represented many different investors ranging from private parties to publicly traded REITs.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Elliot spent 13 years at Marcus & Millichap. In 2019 he joined James Capital Advisors as a Senior Director of the multifamily division.

Elliot earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Born and raised in Southern California, Elliot enjoys running/fitness and golf, as well as traveling.
