Emanuel Delgadillo was highly professional in assisting my son in helping him find the ideal home for his lifestyle & personality. My mother & I needed to assist my son in finding a home, as his work schedule was grueling& he didn’t have time to look at homes. Mr. Delgadillo treated both my mother & I with respect, and at the same time truly represented my son & what he wanted to find in a home. He immediately took my mother & I to see any home we requested & arranged for additional homes within the vicinity. He made it a point to pay attention to every detail my son wanted in a home. His close attention to what my son’s needs were, helped seal the deal when there were 4 others who wanted the same home, with the same bid. Mr. Delgadillo was able to present to the sellers’ real estate broker, how my son was the best fit for the home.
His presentation got my son the home.

What I appreciated the most was Mr. Delgadillo’s constant communication by text, phone, & email. He was always timely to every appointment. He also continued to represent my son when it came time to negotiate following the home inspection. Mr. Delgadillo seemed to have an excellent grasp about areas of concern in regard to potential repair needs. He was clever in formulating ideas that appealed to both the buyer & seller. He also worked closely with the mortgage lender to ensure there were reasonable terms for my son.

My son bought the home, sight unseen, and loves it. He feels it is the ideal home for him, and my mother & I have to agree. My mother plans to use him in the future & so will my husband & I. Mr. Delgadillo made the home purchasing transaction happen with the least stress possible, a true professional.

UPDATE: Just closed on my second home with Emanuel last month and so I wanted to update my review to reiterate everything I had said below. Emanuel's professionalism and his dedication to his clients is one of a kind. I know I can be demanding at times when it comes to my investment properties but Emanuel knew exactly where I was coming from and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I am hoping to acquire one more in 2022 and I'll definitely be using him again. Thank you for everything, Emanuel!

Having previously bought and sold properties with a different agent, I was hesitant to switch agents. However, with time it became clear that not only is Emanuel knowledgeable, he is passionate about what he does and about helping people. To me that speaks volumes. I wasn't actively looking but when some listings presented themselves, I knew exactly what agent I wanted to use. Emanuel was very communicative throughout the whole process. Not being able to personally visit the properties, Emanuel showed them to me via Zoom and any little thing I wanted to view, without hesitation, he would show it to me. Several times things weren't going the way we hoped but Emanuel always kept calm and looked out for my best interest. At the end we closed and I was able to acquire my very first duplex. I will definitely be reaching out to Emanuel when I'm ready to make my next deal.

Emanuel is an outstanding realtor, he was very attentive to our wants and needs. Emanuel was always readily available for when we wanted to view houses, which was very important because houses are selling quickly, so seeing a house right away was key to getting the house of our dreams. In our price range we often times got out-bid on houses which was discouraging to us, but Emanuel did not stop checking on us and sending us potential houses. My husband and I have bought and sold a house before so we are familiar with realtors and Emanuel was by far the best one we had. What I liked best about Emanuel was we never felt pressured to hurry and buy a house, he truly made us feel like he wanted us to find our dream house just as much as we did. The first time we put an offer on a house Emanuel sent us the offer to sign and immediately followed up with a phone call to go over every section to ensure everything was correct and we were fully informed of what our offer intended, which our prior realtors never did, and he continued to do so after each offer. When we finally found our house, Emanuel did everything in his power to ensure we got into our house as quickly and possible. We had some hiccups in our home buying process and our closing date got pushed back and We had a very small time frame on a holiday Friday to get things done and Emanuel took it upon himself to drive documents from one town to another to ensure we were in our home on the day and time we expected to. Emanuel is professional, reliable, informative and honest. I’ve already given him a referral for one of my family members and would recommend him to anyone and everyone buying their dream home.
