Eric was an exceptional realtor! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area which was super helpful when moving across country. He quickly got to know us and our needs and was able to quickly determine if a house would meet those needs so as to not waste our time. Eric was great to work with during our move to the Denver metro in 2018! He is very knowledgeable of the area and we had the opportunity to explore the different towns / neighborhoods over a 3 day window.

We ultimately bought a home in north Broomfield, CO and used Eric as our listing agent when we moved back east in December 2020.

I'm French and never bought a house in the US before. It was a completely new process for me, and I'm glad I had Eric to help me. He is very patient, never pushes you to buy (even visit) something you will regret after, flexible and always available, gives his view only when needed (especially on the investment value). I always felt that I had the room to say no/I don't like it without being judged as difficult. We visited only two houses, made an offer on the second house, Eric did the negotiations and called 2 hours later to tell me that I got the house! With his help, we also close the deal in a month only. I highly recommend Eric, he will make your home buying process easy and event pleasant (yes it's possible!).

I can't say enough about Eric and his help during our home buying experience. He was super patient as we looked and looked for a home to buy during COVID. He spent long days with us talking about what we wanted in a house and then quietly let us talk it over and change our mind as we visited each place. After a week of looking we finally found something we thought we liked but it was a new build. We put down a deposit knowing it would take a year to build. Eric worked with us every step of the way, providing contacts for great lenders, ensuring we had inspections done, and overall just making sure we ended up with an incredible house. At closing we forgot my wifes ID which is required, he signed his piece and then drove 30 minutes back to our rental house, got her license and came 30 minutes back to closing so that we weren't delayed. After we moved in he is still providing great contacts for landscaping, house cleaning, cement work, etc. Honestly, when I'm ready to sale my home Eric is who I will be calling and all my friends can expect to get his number as a realtor they can trust!! Awesome, awesome experience!!

If I could provide 6/5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat!
I have so many great things to say about Eric.

I cannot explain it, but within minutes of meeting him, I felt like we've been friends for years. He is from the Denver area, which really helped us get a much more refined lay of the land, beyond what we knew purely from vacationing.

We loved that we could be ourselves around him, making the potentially stressful house hunting process a breeze.
I also love his "Let's do it!" attitude.

When we worked to submit offers, he met and exceeded our enthusiasm and drive to collaborate and put our best foot forward, never forcing us to come outside/over what our family budgeted for, but provided direction and meaning behind various offer strategies. Eric was always there for us from virtual showings when we were out of town, getting answers and keeping us in the loop at every stage and providing trusted referrals for contractors we wanted for maintenance/improvements.

Eric was recommended to us by a former coworker who relocated to the area, like us, and we're so glad that he did.
We were looking to rent for a year +, in a particular part of town, within a certain price point.

When we arrived for our quick housing search, Eric had all the boxes checked with the multiple places he had lined up for our brief trip.
I knew from my relocation contract that Eric was not going to get a commission for his hard work finding us a dream rental.
His friendly, professional and knowledgeable services made it an easy decision to keep in touch and make him our realtor when it was the time to buy, 1 year later.

He was very responsive and easy to work with. His marketing plan was clearly effective in that we received multiple offers in the first weekend on the market.

I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt, I would recommend Eric as a realtor to anyone and everyone, my closest friends and family or a stranger off the street. I myself was a difficult buyer- constantly changing my mind and in a difficult price range. I can’t tell you how many different places or neighborhoods I asked him to drag me to until I figured out exactly what it was I was looking for and yet, he did it. Everytime. Anytime of day I texted him, he made the walk throughs happen. Even if I couldn’t go myself because of a conflicting work schedule, he would go and FaceTime me to show me the place to make sure I didn’t miss out if I loved it. Now that, is service! I was new to Denver needed to quickly relocate to the area with little knowledge. Eric helped us hone down quickly on areas that fit our requirements. During our purchase process, Eric provided impartial advise, provided good representation had sound knowledge of real estate contracts. Eric is also a good and effective negotiator, all while maintaining a good relationship with the seller. He knew I wanted a good furnace and requested if I could pay the difference for an upgrade with the seller. Eric also has trusted networks or inspectors and contractors that I have found very useful during the process of buying from a hot market.

Eric helped us find a home when we relocated from Texas to Colorado. His knowledge of the area made it very easy for us to pick the right area for us. He gave very honest feedback potential projects and if they would be worth it. He was available every time we needed him.
He even walked through a house for us and sent videos, while we were still in Texas. Once we found a home, we wanted to replace carpet and had a couple other projects. Eric was able to connect us with local companies that did great work and were very reasonable on price. He was very familiar with the relocation process, which made things very simple for us as we made the transition to Colorado. Buying or selling your home is such a personal thing and your realtor makes a big difference to the experience. Eric was recommended to us as we moved to Colorado from out of state. We really enjoyed our experience buying a home with him. He took time to get to know us and understand our priorities and preferences. This helped to make very efficient use of our time as we looked at homes because he helped filter down the options. Having grown up in the area, he knew the history of the different subdivisions and could guide us to areas which matched our family needs. First and most importantly, Eric successfully sold our home and got my wife and I into a house that we most certainly thought was out of reach. At the end of the day I give credit to his negotiation tactics and ability to stay ahead of deadlines as the reason we were so successful. Another reason I recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy/ sell a home is his calm demeanor. Going through this process you are always going to hit rough patches and Eric took the emotion out of it and worked diligently to find a solution; and he always found a solution for us.
