I enjoy working with first time buyers and seasoned home owners. I am co-owner of a renovation company. I personally perform the renovations. My strength comes from having faith in God. My professional skills were developed from over 17 years as a Production Manager. I have been married nearly 27 years and helped raise 2 daughters.

Eric made our home selling experience a breeze. He fielded all issues in a timely manner and was very responsive to our needs. Eric really knows how to make things happen! He got a crew out to photo our home and had it published and listed in a day! We showed our house multiple times and it sold within a weekend! And, all this happened while we were out of town! Eric made our sale easy and we had fun working with him. I highly recommend Eric!

Eric was amazing throughout the whole process. We actually started over a year ago but then we had to put it on hold due to covid. We started back up a couple months ago and Eric met us several times, at several homes, all different times of the day, mornings, evenings whatever worked best for our schedule. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
