Thanks to Eric, my home-buying process was very manageable. Whether it was being widely available to meet up for home viewings or recommending reputable home inspectors or answering questions about insuring my home, he helped the process move smoothly every step of the way. And to top it off, I was able to move in over a week before my initial closing date.

I had such a great experience with Eric during the buying process of my home that I chose to enlist his services again when selling to move cross-country for a new job. Eric provided superior service during our home search. This was our first investment property, and we had many questions and doubts. However, Eric created trust and always looked out for our best interests. Some of the properties we viewed were in rough shape and while we were unprepared and didn’t bring flashlights, Eric brought one and was not afraid to get dirty and look for defects. When we found the right house, there were multiple offers and we had a tough negotiation process. Eric negotiated skillfully and got us the house for the right price. To this day, Eric provides professional real estate support for any problem I'm having. I highly recommend Eric because he truly puts his client first.
