Eric Uhlenhoff

Eric Uhlenhoff founded Anfield Realty, but the real credit goes to Walt Uhlenhoff (Dad). Walt served for 20+ years in the Air Force and then served Boise for 30+ years as a Realtor (and later a Broker/Owner), property manager, and tax preparer. Along the way he raised a son, Eric, that became his investment partner.

Eric spent over 20 years selling semiconductors both in the US and Europe working for Micron, Samsung, and Western Digital. He’s also led several start-ups and small ventures. He and his dad started investing in real property in the early 90’s. Walt managed the portfolio growth until his passing in early 2015, but before he left them he was able to see his son “come home” and enter the real estate business.
