Erin Osborne

Erin is a Paws Forward REALTOR. Paws Forward is a program where Erin personally donates $200 to a local animal shelter or animal rescue for every home she sells. As a pet lover, Erin specializes in finding homes that accommodate pets, whether they need a big backyard, a single story, or a fenced yard. She is heavily involved in Operation Blankets of Love, a charity that collects used blankets for animal shelters. Erin also serves as a Business Ambassador for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, demonstrating her commitment to animal welfare.

Erin is a member of the Pet Realty Network and enjoys connecting with buyers and sellers who share her love for pets. Before becoming a Realtor, Erin owned and managed a German specialty bakery in downtown Glendora. With previous experience as a small business owner, Broker's Assistant, Transactions Coordinator, and a notary public, she possesses exceptional insight into the logistical and paperwork aspects of a home purchase or sale.
