He was very attentive and open to our crazy schedule so we didn't feel rushed when looking at houses and answered all of our questions at anytime of the day. We've stayed in contact after my husband and I purchased our home. He has become a family friend and realtor. Highly recommend, especially for first time home buyers new to this process. He gives an honest opinion which is appreciated.

I was referred to Fonzi through a friend and he helped us find our dream home within a matter of a couple months. He was thorough in sending various options and always willing to make the trip to Sacramento area for viewings, even at the drop of a hat. We viewed multiple houses that offered great qualities separately, though Fonzi encouraged us not to settle and was able to find us a home that included all of the qualities and amenities we were searching for.

Fonzi is knowledgeable and made finding a home enjoyable. His ability to advocate our needs and concerns as his clients was so important to finding the best-fitting home for us, at the right price, while ensuring a smooth transition period when moving in. It was wonderful to have such a great experience from start to finish.

Being in the position of handling an estate sale of a family members home and living far from Turlock was a difficult task. I did what anyone would do and research the area Realtors on line.
I made a short list and called each and looked forward to meet Fonzie. After meeting there was no question who to choose.
Coordinating between an attorney, clean out, a few repairs, the open house, and an unfamiliar market seemed formidable to me.
Fonzie helped every step of the way. Going far and beyond, from the first step to the last, Fonzie kept us in the loop, updating me as needed, all the way to the closing was handled by phone, text, and eSigning.
From the day I met Fonzi to the listing and multiple offers to close took a mere 63 days. Fonzi made sure everything went seamlessly with nothing extraordinary occurring other than my expectations were exceeded and the estate was respected and well represented.

Fonzi was first referred to us by a friend when we were looking to sell our home. After successfully selling our condo we knew he would be the best option for us while looking for a new home. Fonzi helped us from the very beginning of our home search. Fonzi’s an amazing person to work with. We’ve worked together on 3 transactions now and each as been seamless. Buying a home should be an exciting experience and he does his best to keep it that way. As a VA buyer, it can get a little complicated since sellers often prefer conventional loans. Thankfully, Fonzi helped me get into my dream home somehow even beating out better offers. I guess it helps to hire a people person. You can’t go wrong having this guy help you buy/sell your home.
