We loved working with Fred! Although the process of selling a home from across the country can be very stressful, I never felt that way with our house in Fred’s hands. He was very organized, confident and had great communication throughout. If 10 stars was an option, I would definitely choose 10 stars! I would highly recommend Fred to friends and family too!

We found Fred Porter a couple years ago while we were searching for a homesite for our future home. We were new to Colorado and the Fort Collins area. Fred acted as a guide answering all our questions, looking at specifics, such as school districts, nearby facilities and the overall infrastructure of Fort Collins. Fred has been extremely professional and prompt in his dealings with clients. His wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate is really admirable. He paid close attention to our needs and remembered our requirements several months after we had discussed it. He contacted us with a perfect property and guided us through all the documents and formalities that come with land acquisition. This includes water tap, tax, title, HOA, restrictions caused by the pandemic, and many other issues we would not have been able to handle by ourselves. We are so lucky to have found Fred and we have benefited immensely from the services he provided us as a realtor. In addition, he is very personable and was responsive to our many inquiries. It was a pleasure doing business with him and we would gladly work with him again given the opportunity.

Fred was a tremendous help to our family! He helped us list two contiguous properties for an elderly, out-of-state family member facing a looming foreclosure deadline. Circumstances were challenging to say the least, but Fred was able to locate a notary in the other state to visit our relative to obtain signatures on more than one occasion, and find a local attorney to help untangle some of the more complicated issues that arose.

Though this was not a relatively large real estate listing, Fred made it a priority, monitored it closely, and kept in touch with us daily. He managed all this within extremely narrow time margins. Ultimately, Fred found a buyer at a very fair market price and set up the closing, before the sale of the property at auction on the county courthouse steps! Instead of forfeiting the property for back HOA and attorney fees and taxes, our family member was able to settle those debts and put a sizable check in the bank to help in her care.

We very highly recommend Fred Porter!

Mr. Porter is very professional and extremely responsive. We are relocating to build our dream home in Colorado from California which is a very stressful task. From start to finish Fred responded to all of our questions and calmed our anxiety during the entire process. Most importantly he advocates for his clients helping deal with the seller, to the bank, to the title company. Fred has great knowledge in regards to Colorado, real estate, and even geological soil information.

Fred was without a doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have relocated to different states about 5 times in my life and have worked with almost ten different agents over that time. None of them have been more responsive or more professional than Fred. He was available to answer questions and negotiate solutions from the minute we started looking at properties until the end of the closing. It is clear that the clients’ interest are Fred’s primary concern throughout the selling and buying process.

You may be lucky enough to find a realtor as good as Fred; but you definitely wont find one better than him.

Fred went above and beyond throughout every aspect of our unexpected and rapid move. This was the 3rd house we've sold and I have never had such an involved, helpful realtor. He helped with the repairs (literally) as well as helped arrange contractors. Most importantly, when we experienced a death in our immediate family one week prior to closing and had to leave immediately, Fred arranged everything we needed without hesitation. His help throughout this process was invaluable and I cannot recommend him enough.

I had a wonderful experience buying my home with Fred. He really took the time to understand my needs and help me find just the right home. Fred is quick to point out deficiencies in a home while I'm looking at the pretty light fixtures. His #1 concern is making sure I got a safe and sound home that wont have lots of repairs needed. He is also kind and firm at the same time with the sellers. He worked well with the other realtor and accomplished alot by being nice. I would absolutely recommend Fred for your home purchase. Or sale.

Fred is great to work with and he made the home buying process great.
My wife and I went through a few real estate agents because all the previous ones we tried using refused to listen and/or show up on time. Fred will listen to what you really want for a house and is very professional. He also will be willing to work with you no matter how many times you go in and out of the housing market.

This is the second time we have worked with Fred. The first is when he worked with a different group before he struck out on his own. Comments are for the most recent experience when the new company is live. We were working with another agent initially.. The one randomly given to us when we placed a inquiry from the internet advertisement for a particular property. When she flamed out with lack of basic knowledge and asked me to call the owners directly because I had too many questions I thought that improper. Since we had worked with Fred before we had his cell and contacted him. He got the information we requested from the HOA/County quickly. He was readily available and keep us apprised through out the entire process. I would use Fred Porter real estate again if we buy more property. Highly recommend

Fred was a fantastic realtor! Buying a house is stressful enough without having a realtor you can count on. In Colorado's highly competitive housing market, Fred was quick to set up viewings and get us facts about each home we viewed. Fred was kind and patient and always went out of his way to meet our scheduling needs to show us houses, some of which we viewed multiple times. House after house, Fred didn't stop until we found our perfect home and was there every step of the way for us! We highly recommend him!

Fred is the most accommodating person ever. He was willing to meet us day OR night on weekdays and weekends. Fred would be able to meet us even if it was last minute.
