Freda Voelker, the founder of Distinct Real Estate, uses a blend of innovative and reliable techniques to deliver outstanding service and results to every client. A multimillion-dollar producer with numerous awards for distinguished excellence and certifications in negotiation, luxury home marketing, and internet professionalism, Freda brings her clients deeply comprehensive experience as a licensed agent and broker associate.

An East Texas native, Freda obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from the University of Texas at Austin before teaching elementary students for ten years. When transitioning into her real estate career, Freda’s strengths in the classroom — the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and the progressive methods used to find successful solutions — have continued to serve her clientele well. Whether her clients are interested in pursuing single-family homes, condominiums, land, waterfront properties, or even golf-course communities, Freda gets the job done efficiently and ethically.

Freda’s years of personal experience buying, selling, and custom-building several Austin area homes of her own, as well as her in-depth knowledge of the region, particularly the Lakeway, Westlake, and Georgetown areas, uniquely position her to empower clients to achieve their goals. To keep pace with the ever-changing world of real estate, Freda continually seeks to build upon her foundational experience and expand her network as a member of the national, Texas, and Austin associations of Realtors®.

An active community member, Freda supports a range of causes, participating in The Junior League of Austin, the Center for Child Protection, Helping Hand Home for Children, and the Austin Woman’s Club. She is also a trained docent, helping educate visitors and locals alike by guiding tours of the governor’s mansion. Freda and Troy, her husband of three decades, love living in the Austin area.
