Garrison Comstock

Garrison is the broker/owner of Garrison Team Real Estate, a cutting-edge real estate firm that uses modern marketing and development strategies to deliver value for our clients. Over the course of years helping area families, he’s developed several specialties: multiple offer negotiations, building ADU’s (Additional Dwelling Unit) onto homes to increase their investment value, relocating clients from New York and other east coast cities, and finding off-market listings for his buying clients.

With a mortgage broker mother and a real estate broker father, Garrison’s passion for real estate started early. He was born and raised in the South Bay, growing up in Palos Verdes and attending Peninsula High School. His deep connection to his home and the people that live here has informed every choice he’s made in his career. After graduating with degrees in Finance and Film Production from Arizona State University, Garrison felt the urge to return home and serve his community.

He began doing so as a real estate agent in 2011, specializing in Short Sales and REOs. He then opened his own brokerage a few short years later in 2015, assembling a fantastic team of professionals to guide our clients from first consultation through closing and beyond. More than $60,000,000 in homes sold later, Garrison belongs to a nationwide network of top-producing real estate brokers. The value and savings he brings to our clients are reflected in his more than 60 5-star online reviews. He also cultivates and maintains relationships with many local businesses.

Garrison has been playing competitive tennis from a young age, and his enthusiasm for the sport continues to this day. He’s visited two of the four major tournaments, and his favorite player is Rafael Nadal. When he’s not competing on the tennis court, he enjoys playing golf and staying fit by going to the gym and taking runs on the beach. He also relishes diving deep into real estate statistics, an energy that informs his comprehensive monthly market updates.
