Gary Maggi

He has had the great fortune of living and working in the Berthoud Community for his entire life. Having grown up in Berthoud, he has a uniquely in-depth amount of local knowledge. He makes his living serving the community he love. He is a strong believer in continuing education, and believes that being involved in his community and industry are the foundations of success. He was named the 2006 REALTOR of the Year by Loveland/Berthoud Assn of REALTORS. He started his real estate career in 1993 and has served as Managing Broker since 2005. He's involved in all facets of real estate brokerage including resale residential, new residential sales, vacant land, land development, commercial/industrial sales and leasing and property management. A lifelong Berthoud resident and CSU graduate, he's served as President of the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS and Director of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. Currently, he serves on the Berthoud Fire Protection District’s Board of Directors along with the IRES (MLS) Board of Manager.
