Gary and his team were wonderful to work with. We listed our home for sale with Gary when the market started to cool and slow. However, Gary and his team took extra care and effort to ensure our home stayed at the top of all the search engines. We also had moved out of state and were concerned about leaving our home empty. But The Town Realty team took very good care of our home by visiting it often, making sure it stayed clean, that the lawn was mowed, and that there were no issues. They also had a team of contractors that made all necessary repairs in a timely and fairly priced manner. Gary was in constant communication with us, keeping us apprised of the market and recommending steps to get our home sold. We can’t recommend Gary and his team at Town Realty enough! There are lots of brokers out there, but Town Realty knows how to navigate this new market place in a professional manner while getting you the best deal possible. This team is so honest and professional. My mother was relocating from the west coast to be near my family so the team and I were playing long distance relay, receiving the listings she would send us, running around in this incredibly tight market to view the properties, then relaying back what we saw. What a mess! But the entire team we worked with took it in stride, responding with promptness and true candor. There was no stress, no miscommunication, and they gave us insight into the area, that we had previous little knowledge of, that showed us exactly why they should be the team looking out for us. The business owners previously worked in general contracting and building in the area, so have a very thorough knowledge of it. They handled our extremely complicated situation so well that when my 94 year old, partially deaf and technologically challenged grandmother decided she wanted to relocate from out west to find a home near us she went through them as well. They were so patient, kind and truthful with her that they helped her dodge many a foolish decision until they found her exactly what she wanted, just down the street from us!
