Gerard from Prospective Realty was awesome! He made himself available at the drop of a hat. Ask we walked through a few houses he asked questions to the other Realtor and later explained things to me. He continued to send me emails and text messages during our loan approval process. He made contact with them to ensure we were on the right path. Gerard stayed ahead of the game and filed extension when needed. We have purchased several homes, but I don’t think we’ve ever been treated like family. Which is what Girard did.
At closing I grabbed a stack of his business card so I can and anyone who says they’re in the market . For me it’s gonna be hard for any one to fill his shoes. If you are in the market to buy, there’s no one else I would trust to help you through the process!

Gerard Breau of Prospective was hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, his down to earth attitude made the whole process a breeze to go through. It was obvious that we were his main goal, not only to get us to the closing table, but to make sure we found the perfect place, and were 100% comfortable with every decision. His knowledge, and understanding of the entire process was invaluable, and there was almost no questions, or issues that he could not answer or explain. If ever there was something he did not know, he immediately found the answer, or someone who could figure it out. We were able to find a house, and have our offer accepted within 30 days, and there was no holdups at anytime, just a smooth process start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Gerard to anyone and everyone who needs a realtor, you will not be disappointed.
