Greg Shipman

Greg Shipman, with Century21 Select, was born and raised in Turlock, CA. After getting married in 2000, he lived in Waterford for six years before settling in Oakdale. Greg worked for a Ford dealership in Ceres until 2021, when he joined his wife, Sara Shipman, in real estate. In his first year, he sold seven homes. Although Greg officially started in real estate in 2022, he feels like he’s been immersed in the industry for the past 19 years, thanks to his wife’s experience as a top producer and manager.

Greg brings his strong work ethic, focusing on putting the "customer first" and treating every decision with the same care as he would with his own. He is dedicated to listening to his clients' goals, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring their safety in every situation.
