I spoke with Greg after my father's passing, letting him know that we were going to need help selling his properties. My father had two houses that, due to the stipulations of his wishes, required selling them in order to settle the estate. So not only was time a consideration, but also the need to maximize the return. He walked us through the process carefully and was always there to help. I really felt that Greg was there to help us out and work in our best interests during a difficult situation. I don't think other agents would have gone above and beyond, the way he did, to help get the homes cleared out, take on the various challenges that needed to be addressed before selling, and then of course, marketing and helping us land solid buyers for the properties. Both of which were done in the span of a few of months. I highly recommend Greg and his team!

This was our second time working with Greg. We came back to him because we completely trusted him from our first sale. Greg doesn't let the smallest detail go unnoticed. Whether it is something in the offer, or something we need to do as a seller, Greg always had our best interest truly at heart. We knew we could count on him to be honest about things that matter, things that don't, and help us prioritize. He made himself available to answer questions anytime and talk us through our concerns. When we moved out of state prior to closing, Greg used his personal time to help us get the final inspection item resolved. We would recommend Greg over and over for his honesty, integrity and knowledge of real estate.
