Gunner Delay

Born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Gunner went to Northside High School where he graduated and played varsity basketball. After high school, he attended the University of Arkansas where he majored in political science and met his wife, Britta Thielemann.

Upon graduation, they moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he entered the family profession selling real estate. Gunner soon learned that I loved the challenges, excitement, and opportunity to serve people that the real estate profession provided. While in Atlanta, He was fortunate enough to work on a real estate team with Collette McDonald, one of the top agents in the metro area. This experience put hi, on the fast-track learning all there is to know about real estate in a rapidly growing and fast paced market. After a few years in Atlanta, they were ready to head back to the "Natural Stat," and decided to make their home in Northwest Arkansas, where they have been since 2015.

When he is not busy showing or selling property, Gunner loves cheering on the Razorbacks, or exploring the great outdoors with his wife and two dogs.
