Hal Licht

As a South Bay resident for more than 35 years and with a background in sales and management, real estate was a natural fit for Hal Licht, who began his career in this field in 1990. He is married to Pam, a special education teacher in the El Segundo Unified School System, and they have three grown children. Hal enjoys bike riding and is involved with the Border Terrier Club, spending time dog-walking throughout the South Bay. He has been active in the Manhattan Beach schools, particularly with the Mira Costa High School boys’ volleyball teams, throughout the years. What drew you to real estate as a career? "I have always enjoyed working with the public in all aspects of life. I enjoy helping people achieve their dreams, and part of those dreams is to own your own home."
