Heath Real Estate career began in 2003 while he was working for a builder in new construction sales. It was really a great learning experience because he was able to learn the building process from the ground up as well as walk clients through the construction of their home from dirt to completion. He loved seeing the joy on their faces as their home progressed through the different building phases and then finally when he was able to hand over the keys. Unfortunately, during the market downturn, the builder that he was working for filed for bankruptcy, as did a lot of builders. Being 24 years old at the time, Heath decided to move to New York City. What he thought was going to be a 6 month sabbatical, turned into 5 years. It was such a great experience being young and living in the city. He was able to meet so many people and had the experience of a lifetime. After his extended stay in NYC, he was ready to get back to his roots so he moved back to Colorado and started working at The Group Inc. He looked at a lot of different Real Estate companies and couldn’t be happier with her decision to be at The Group Inc. Being able to buy into the company and surround herself with other Partners is something that has been a true blessing. Being on the resale side of the business he gets to work with all types of buyers and sellers in all price ranges from 200k - 1M.
