Heather Erb

An agent serving the Four Corners area since 2001, Heather served seven years as Managing Broker of both Coldwell Banker and Durango Mountain Realty resort brokerage, as well as serving as Sales Manger for Legacy Properties West Sotheby’s International Realty before opening Destination DRO Real Estate Group. Her background includes extensive sales experience as well as managing over one hundred area agents and the resort development interests at Durango Mountain Resort.

She has been an active part of the real estate community, having served as president of the Durango Area Association of Realtors and the Colorado Real Estate Network the west slope’s MLS system) as well as receiving the Realtor of the Year award, and The Realtor Spirit award. Always doing work in her community and known by many, Heather currently serves on the Sustainable Tourism Committee for Visit Durango, on the local Earth Day committee, and is a HomesFund instructor for first-time homebuyers.
