Real Estate as a profession: She has sold real estate since October 2007 working as a Broker Associate representing both buyers and sellers. Selling and buying homes all over the Denver area is what she enjoys. She has knowledge of selling all types of properties: single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and mountain homes. Personal facts: Denver has been her home since July 2003. She grew up in Kansas for the majority of her life, lived in Texas for 6 years, and then moved to Denver. Her parents grew up in the Denver area and she has enjoyed Colorado her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jim, 12-year-old twins Maverick and Madelynn, and their Boston Terrier, Waylon. Volunteering is a big part of her life. Her roles include: PTO president for Lenski Elementary School, Swim Team Parent Rep for the Heritage Greens Gators, VP of Powell, and will take over Powell Fundraising next year. Within Lois Lenski and the Gator Swim Team, she has served on a number of volunteer committees and put in many volunteer hours. She has been successful in fundraising for Lois Lenski Elementary School, the Heritage Greens Gator Swim Team, Assistance League of Austin, Denver Rescue Mission, and Gamma Phi Beta. Her fundraising efforts have been focused on children and young adults in providing an education that will bring success and joy to their future.

Holly enjoys walking, tennis, golf, reading, Bronco’s football, and cheering on Madelynn and Maverick in both school & sports. Working for Sellers/Buyers: Both buyers and sellers benefit from her market knowledge, network of clients, and negotiation skills. With an innovative approach to marketing and problem-solving, challenges are easily met.
