Working with Hope was a wonderful experience.

Like others, my wife and I have been relocated across the country. We had found a place near our son’s school and reached out Hope to show us the house. We have found her name in a list, and I cannot tell you how fortunate that was.

The house was not right for our family. The kitchen was damaged, the layout was bad and we found ourselves pretty concerned. Hope settled our fears quickly. Before we had even finished the walk through, Hope had already begun telling us about the amazing places she knew existed in the area.

After a few conversations to determine our needs, she presented several options — none of which had the issues we had discovered on our own. After a few walk throughs we discovered the house of our literal dreams. We are a busy family — two kids and the hectic lives of relocation. This home fits us perfectly!

During our closing, we relied heavily on her expertise both in the home buying process and with negotiating our price. The unique rules and expectations of Colorado are new to us, and Hope was so amazing navigating us through the experience. She is a fantastic realtor that really cares about her clients. She remembered my kids and what was special to them. That is so meaningful when you are looking for a place to call home.

Hope understands that.

Hope did an incredible job working with us on the sale of my mom's condo. She is so knowledgeable about the process and went WAY above what you would expect from a realtor. We were worried that we wouldn't find a buyer who was willing to pay the exorbitant community fees at Heather Gardens, but Hope never let anything stand in her way. She was so patient with my elderly mom, always taking time to explain the process and help overcome any hurdles we faced. If you are buying or selling a home, you can't do better than Hope! She is the best I have ever worked with, and she will definitely be getting all of my business. I'll gladly refer anyone I know to her from now on! Thank you Hope!!
