Born and raised in Detroit, Ian was always drawn to Southern California and knew he wanted to make Los Angeles his home. Soon after moving here in 2004, he became fascinated with all of the very different and vibrant communities as well as the distinctive architectural styles that make up Los Angeles. He fell in love with the world of real estate; from residential to commercial and investment properties, from new construction modern homes to the classic California craftsman and bungalow, Ian enjoys the wide variety of architectural styles that make up the Los Angeles landscape.
