Imran Bhimani

Imran is a Colorado Native born and raised. He received his Undergraduate Degree in Liberal Arts with a double minor in Real Estate and Business Administration from Colorado State University. While at CSU he received the opportunity to compete in both the ICSC Sherman Miller Real Estate Competition and the Villanova University Mulroy Real Estate Challenge placing 3rd.

Imran received his real estate license upon Graduating from Colorado State. He credits his success to his family’s unwavering support and guidance and enjoys spending time with them whenever he can. Like most Coloradoans, Imran enjoys exploring the outdoors whether it is fishing, hiking, skiing, or traveling with good friends.

Imran is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as a member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of REALTORS (NCCAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He is active in the community of Fort Collins with the Chamber of Commerce and CSU's Everitt Real Estate Center. Imran continues to seek new ways to help give back to the community in any way he can.

Real Estate became a passion for Imran while studying at CSU. He excelled in several courses in various aspects of the industry. Curiosity drove Imran to become an active member of CSU’s Real Estate Club while participating in various professional development events. Real Estate Investments and

Developments are where most of his experience lies. Imran intends to further his Real Estate knowledge by pursuing designations such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP), and Ninja Selling education.
